Not sure our day could have been more packed with stuff, we were pooped and left Centre Pompidou only half finished, we'll have to return for the modern modern stuff later.
Attached is from our break at the louvre on the Richelieu terrace

Back to travel photos, spent my last kronor on coffee at the gate, Paris aujord'hui!
Last day in Scandinavia, and we finally found some quality seafood, Paris demain.
Highlights included visiting the state house, more rain, shopping in Sodermalm, and pizza with Elin & Lotta (my bernaise pizza wasn't an anomaly, we've also seen it on nachos). Tonight I tried chicken, curry, peanut and banana, which was surprisingly delicious, though it does take a lot for me to opine otherwise.
Today's picture is from the Stathus (city hall, home of the Nobel banquet), after the tour is finished you affix your sticker to this board which results in quite the piece of modern art.
Rented and rode bikes around to art museums today, Cason is very displeased with the number of Socialist activities I'm making him experience.
Day 2 consisted of a visit to Mariefred, Stragnas, and a Swedish royal palace with my aunt and uncle and their traveling group. Something about being on a train makes me feel like I'm in a spy movie.
Also, bernaise sauce on a pizza, though not bad, isn't something I'll try to eat again any time soon.
Finally out of airports and in Sweden (where the trains have free wifi) ! I've got 619 kr in my pocket and I'm ready for midsommer.
Music = Bon Iver (it just seemed right)
This was a really cool experience, celebrating the longest day of the Nordic summer with dancing, eating and community pole decorating out on Voxholm, one of the many islands in the archipelago.
Walked the beautiful streets of Stockholm tonight, this pic was taken around 10:30 PM, only 20 minutes after sunset. The waterways and architecture make this a truly beautiful place to be, especially with an extra few hours of sunlight.
Bag check and security took all of 15 mind, now I'm setting up a blog!
Hopefully I'll post some pics and updates here so keep your eyes peeled...
